Hi! My name is Layla and man have I had a year! Though I am a young girl, I came to my foster as a momma to a litter of puppies and I believe I have been a fantastic momma though I am very young. Being a young mom, I didn’t have long to be a puppy myself and now? I am learning to play and have fun!

Now, I am a nervous girl but I just want to be loved and cuddled like any other dog. I would probably do better in a home without little kids as being nervous means I may startle easily. Of course, being a nervous dog means I need someone who is patient with me. Once I relax, I will reward you with a very dedicated dog that will love you. Dogs like me give the best rewards with love and affection!

I love other dogs as long they do not frighten me. I am not totally sure what scares me about them, but when they scare me, I bark, run, or I get as small as possible. I have shown no fear aggression and I don’t know how I feel about cats.

I am a very sweet girl though and I love to play! I love being outside and will need a fenced in yard to keep me safe.
